The primary objective of this course is to enable you to produce Partitioning Gypsum Boards, durable panels for interior walls. Upon completion, you will master setting up production, formulating gypsum mixes, and installing boards. This course guides you through creating a batch, testing its integrity, and installing a sample. By the end, you’ll see a solid partition panel in place.
This course covers sourcing gypsum, using pressing equipment, and meeting partition standards. You’ll learn to analyze specs, adjust for thickness, and evaluate performance.
