The primary objective of this course is to teach you how to produce Plaster Primer, a preparatory coating for plaster surfaces. Upon completion, you will be adept at establishing production, formulating a sealing primer, and applying it to plaster. This course guides you through creating a batch, testing its penetration, and applying it to a plaster panel. By the end, you’ll see a sealed, ready-to-paint surface.
This course includes sourcing penetrating resins, using mixers, and adhering to plaster-specific standards. You’ll learn to analyze data, optimize for absorption, and evaluate performance.
